A one Michelin Key property two years in a row, Maison Métier feels less like a hotel and more like a lavish, art-laden residence. The Bell Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage, transportation, and general guest needs. This role creates a welcoming first and last impression for guests while maintaining professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency at all times.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior hotel or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a hospitality or service-oriented role a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and personal items.
  • Escort guests to rooms, provide property information, and explain amenities.
  • Deliver luggage, packages, and other guest items promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, entryways, and bell storage areas.
  • Coordinate with the Front Desk to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
