Requirements
- good communication skills
- high analytical and organizational skills
- Speaking, writing and reading English is required
- Positive attitude and willing to learn is a must
- flexible schedule and the ability to work different shifts, weekends and Overnight
- Work authorization for the location is required
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience of 2 years preferred
Responsibilities
- Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
- Deliver luggage upon check-in and collect luggage from room upon departure, moving luggage to storage or front unit.
- Maintains proper records of deliveries and pickups.
- Supports with the packing and unpacking of luggage when required by the guest.
