About The Position

This position is accountable for the following KPIs Values: Excellence, Hard work, Stewardship, Difference, and Community. The basic job duties for this position include being knowledgeable on property safety and layouts, what not to wash, and tunnel equipment. The Team Member will greet guests, safely guide and load vehicles, use a bug prep gun, remove mud from wheel wells, perform safety inspections, make adjustments to car wash equipment, and know E-Stop locations. They will handle tunnel incidents effectively and safely, be responsible for the vacuum service process, and participate in the nightly close down checklist. The role involves engaging with guests using the 4 Steps of Service, knowing 3 Single Wash packages, informing guests about Memberships, presenting the company's 'Difference', and training new Team Members. The Team Member will aid in member visit success rate through License Plate Recognition/RFID sticker reads, communicate key vehicle information and equipment retracts to the crew, and observe the vacuum area for guest satisfaction. They must be knowledgeable on membership management and fluent in the LEAP Conflict Resolution process. The role requires completing the daily shift report, maintaining a clean and organized car wash facility, and learning to safely open and close the car wash with leadership. Safely using ladders, engaging the e-stop while cleaning, and learning backroom safety and equipment knowledge are also part of the duties. Adherence to all company policies, procedures, safety standards, and codes of conduct is mandatory. This includes following Champion safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt, and harsh chemicals. Assisting in cleaning the facility, including equipment, walls, trenches, vacuums, trash cans, and the lot, is expected. The role requires willingness to work in all weather conditions and being on your feet 100% of the day and outside. Attendance at all mandatory training sessions, team meetings, and cleaning is required.
