Cortica is seeking dedicated, compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role uses a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy model and a transdisciplinary approach, partnering with families and clinicians to support children’s abilities, relationships, and skills across home, school, and community settings. Care combines neuroscience and developmental models. The position offers a predictable schedule with a single direct rate of pay. Part-time schedules are available in 5-, 3-, or 2-day-per-week options, with opportunities to pick up additional hours on Saturdays. New hires receive four weeks of paid, in-person orientation and hands-on training, with ongoing development and coaching from clinical leaders and collaboration with experts in other fields.
