About The Position

We are looking for a Behavioral Therapist to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn. At Voyages Behavioral Health/ PAM Health, we care for chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care. Requirements

Master's in Social Work with independent licensure in LICSW or LMFT with supervision ability preferred.
LPC and LGSW’s will also be considered.
Current BLS certification required.
Crisis management certification per hospital policy and standards required.
2-3 years of experience in diagnostic assessment and therapy services.
State-licensed required in the state in which facility resides.

Responsibilities

Provide diagnostic assessments, therapy, and counseling and support services for a mixed caseload.
Assist with the development of treatment plans.
Conduct individual family assessments.
Consult with attending psychiatrist or medical director concerning treatment plan and plan of care.
Document interventions.
Provide referrals to outside resources.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team.
