About The Position
Hiring PRN Behavioral Therapist’s with a flexible schedule to suit your needs! We are looking for a Behavioral Therapist to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn. Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, or LPC, or LGSW
- Current BLS certification
- Crisis management certification per hospital policy and standards
- 2-3 years of experience in diagnostic assessment and therapy services
- State-licensed in the state in which facility resides
Nice To Haves
- Independent licensure in LICSW or LMFT with supervision ability
- Prior inpatient hospital experience
Responsibilities
- Provide diagnostic assessments, therapy, and counseling and support services for a mixed caseload
- Assist with the development of treatment plans
- Conduct individual family assessments
- Consult with attending psychiatrist or medical director concerning treatment plan and plan of care
- Document interventions
- Provide referrals to outside resources
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team
