About The Position

Hiring PRN Behavioral Therapist’s with a flexible schedule to suit your needs! We are looking for a Behavioral Therapist to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, or LPC, or LGSW
  • Current BLS certification
  • Crisis management certification per hospital policy and standards
  • 2-3 years of experience in diagnostic assessment and therapy services
  • State-licensed in the state in which facility resides

Nice To Haves

  • Independent licensure in LICSW or LMFT with supervision ability
  • Prior inpatient hospital experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide diagnostic assessments, therapy, and counseling and support services for a mixed caseload
  • Assist with the development of treatment plans
  • Conduct individual family assessments
  • Consult with attending psychiatrist or medical director concerning treatment plan and plan of care
  • Document interventions
  • Provide referrals to outside resources
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team
