About The Position

As a Behavior Technician in Ivy Health’s Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) program, you will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the direction of a licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will support clinicians and help children and families learn new skills and techniques through therapy for autism. The role involves communicating effectively and building professional relationships with teammates, families, and patients. The position is part of Ivy Health’s pediatric team, which provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and ABA services. Requirements

Suggested one year of experience in a therapy facility or related field and/or enrollment as a student in a therapy curriculum program.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner.
Ability to adapt and be flexible when workload changes.
Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience.
Self-motivation and drive to exceed patient expectations.

Nice To Haves

Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience and training preferred, but not required.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred, but not required.
