About The Position

Majestic Care ABA is seeking caring, motivated individuals to join their team as Behavioral Technicians (RBTs). This entry-level, part-time position involves working one-on-one with children in their homes, schools, and communities to help them develop essential life skills. No prior ABA experience is necessary, as the company provides comprehensive training, support, and mentorship. This role is ideal for individuals starting their careers, exploring the behavioral health field, or seeking impactful work.

Requirements

• Proficient in the English and Spanish language
• Passion for helping children and families
• Reliable and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn new systems
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 50 pounds when needed

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working with children
• Coursework or a degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Human Services, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children receiving ABA services
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a BCBA
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Use evidence-based strategies and techniques to support learning and positive behavior
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions
• Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families
• Participate in training, supervision, and ongoing professional development
• Communicate with your clinical team regarding client progress and needs
• Maintain accurate and timely session documentation
• Follow all clinical, ethical, and safety standards
• Travel to client homes, schools, and other approved community settings as needed
