About The Position
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and help reimagine the autism industry. As part of All Together Autism, you will provide child and family-centered services, including applied behavior analysis (ABA), clinical psychology, and interdisciplinary care coordination. This role focuses on improving functional skills and driving positive change in the lives of individuals on the autism journey. The Registered Behavior Technician will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to provide in-home behavioral support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. You will focus on implementing personalized behavior intervention plans, collecting data on client progress, and serving as the primary one-to-one resource for clients and families.
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
- Experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a home or center-based ABA setting with children on the autism spectrum.
- Experience with children ages 2-12 years old.
- Must have reliable transportation and mobile phone.
- Willing to work in various settings: home, community, school, and center, Monday through Friday and potential weekends.
- Bilingual, English and Spanish speaking a must.
Responsibilities
