About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of members at all times. The Program Supervisor must also ensure adequate staffing levels for member oversight and engagement in activities and outings. A key responsibility is the timely reporting of Incident Reports (IRs) to the Program Director and ensuring staff maintain daily and hourly documentation. The supervisor is also responsible for maintaining household supplies, cleanliness, and assigning related tasks to staff. Additional duties may be assigned by the Program Director.

Requirements

• Ability to ensure member safety.
• Ability to manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
• Ability to monitor and ensure staff engagement with members.
• Proficiency in incident reporting procedures.
• Ability to ensure timely and accurate documentation by staff.
• Skills in inventory management for food and supplies.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized living environment.
• Leadership skills for task delegation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure members are safe at all times.
• Ensure adequate staff are on duty to oversee members.
• Ensure staff stay involved with members, including activities and outings.
• Ensure all Incident Reports (IRs) are reported in a timely manner to the Program Director.
• Ensure staff keep up on all daily and hourly documentation.
• Ensure the home is stocked with food and supplies.
• Ensure the home is clean at all times.
• Assign cleaning and cooking tasks to all staff.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Program Director.
