About The Position

This is a community-based therapy position for a Master's level therapist who is compassionate, adaptable, energetic, and adventurous, working with youth and families across Sandoval County and Albuquerque. The role emphasizes building relationships, problem-solving, community support, crisis navigation, and teamwork, with therapy taking place in clients' homes and community settings rather than a traditional office. Therapists will collaborate with various community stakeholders and manage a small caseload to ensure quality care. The position includes participation in weekly supervision, expert MST consultation, and rotating crisis support.
