Cortica is seeking dedicated, compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role uses a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy model and a transdisciplinary approach that brings together families, clinicians, and specialists to support each child’s abilities and development across home, school, and community settings. Behavioral Interventionists provide individual and group behavior-analytic services, implement positive behavior strategies developed with a BCBA, and use evidence-based practices to support progress toward treatment goals. They document session data, collaborate with families and supervisors, and follow crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting. The position requires travel between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius using reliable transportation. Cortica offers paid three-week in-person orientation and training, ongoing professional development, expert coaching, and opportunities for career advancement, including the Behavior Technician Clinical Ladder, BCBA roles, and corporate support positions. The schedule is described as predictable, with part-time options of five, three, or two days per week and opportunities to pick up additional hours on Saturdays.
