About The Position
The Behavioral Interventionist Team Float - School Based position offers the opportunity to be a key support person for students, directly improving their lives and educational experiences. As a Team Floater, you will substitute as a Behavioral Interventionist as needed, providing variety in your work. HCRS is dedicated to transforming the lives of at-risk individuals through integrated, multi-disciplinary clinical teams, serving over 4,000 patients across multiple locations and achieving significant clinical outcome improvements. Located in Vermont, this role offers a desirable lifestyle with a lower cost of living compared to larger cities, while still being a short drive from Keene, Lebanon, and Hanover, New Hampshire.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree and 2 years experience and/or Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to establish and maintain a supportive relationship with the student

Responsibilities
- Substitute as a Behavioral Interventionist as needed
