The Behavioral Interventionist Program Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and quality of program operations in the Wichita and Hutchinson, Kansas, areas. This includes direct supervision and development of staff, program planning and implementation, case consultation, quality assurance, performance improvement, and ensuring services are delivered consistently with agency values, program requirements, and applicable standards. The PM has a direct impact on the quality and stability of services provided to children and families. By supporting strong staff teams, strengthening program systems, and ensuring consistent quality of care, this role helps create the conditions for children and youth to remain safely connected to their homes, families, and communities. The ideal candidate is an experienced, thoughtful, and strategic leader who understands the complexities of child welfare and behavioral health services. This individual will foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, professional growth, and compassion while supporting staff in delivering high-quality, trauma-informed services to children and families.
