About The Position

The Behavioral Interventionist (BI) Coordinator provides guidance, coaching, and day-to-day support to Behavioral Interventionists while helping ensure consistent, high-quality, trauma-informed services. This position partners with families, staff, and community professionals to support effective interventions, strengthen family relationships, and promote lasting stability for children and youth. The BI Program provides intensive 1:1, trauma-informed support to help children and youth with behavioral and emotional challenges remain safely and successfully stable in their home. Using neuro-stimulating techniques and relationship-based interventions, the program supports healing from trauma while building emotional regulation, behavioral management, and family stability. This isn't just a BI position—it's an opportunity to support the professionals who help children heal from trauma, strengthen families, and build brighter futures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Proven ability to write clearly, concisely, and effectively for a variety of audiences
  • Ability to quickly establish rapport and build trust
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Maintain flexibility in work schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends as needed
  • Travel required with or without accommodation
