About The Position
This role is for a Behavioral Health Unit Secretary at Ascension Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health, specifically within the Inpatient Behavioral Health Units. The position is part-time, with a schedule of Monday - Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, and includes working every other weekend. The salary range is $19.22 - $26.01 per hour.
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors, answer/screen/route telephone calls, file, distribute mail, and perform other general clerical duties.
- Schedule patients for individual appointments; maintain patient charts.
- Enter and maintain timekeeping changes and staff schedules in computer systems.
