Honor Community Health is a 501c3 Federally Qualified Health Center with 20 locations, dedicated to serving the health and wellness needs of the underserved in Oakland County. Our mission is to provide comprehensive, integrated primary, behavioral health, and dental care to all populations, regardless of their ability to pay. The full-time, exempt Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) is a vital member of a high-performing healthcare team, reporting to the Supervisor, Behavioral Health. This role provides clinical behavioral health services within a school-based setting, ensuring a professional and skilled program of care and treatment. The BHC upholds the health center's mission and quality standards to improve patient health outcomes, overall satisfaction, and the operational and fiscal capacity of the health center. Adherence to Honor Community Health (HCH) policies and procedures is expected, along with the monitoring of clinical processes. The BHC will act as a liaison, maintaining strong internal and external relationships, and collaborating to foster a culture of excellence in compassionate, high-quality behavioral health care. The productivity expectation for a trained CACH BHC is an average of 7 or more behavioral health consultations/counseling sessions per clinical day. This is a school-based position with hours typically between 7 am and 4 pm, aligning with the school's schedule.
