About The Position

Avance Care is hiring a Behavioral Health Therapist to join its integrated Behavioral Health Team in a collaborative, patient-first care environment. The role combines telehealth appointments from home with in-office appointments; telecommuting from outside the Avance Care footprint is also possible. The position offers a highly flexible schedule, professional autonomy, clinical support from peers, ready-made patient referrals, and administrative support for IT, care coordination, scheduling, and patient follow-up. Therapists work with an integrated team that includes physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, dietitians, and support staff. The hiring range is $70,000–$79,000, based on experience. Offers are contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screen. Requirements

• Active license as a behavioral health professional, such as LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or Psychological Associate.
• Ability to work with a wide range of patients.
• Technological proficiency and comfort using tools such as electronic health records and telehealth services.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
