About The Position

Avance Care is hiring a Behavioral Health Therapist to join its collaborative, patient-first, integrated-care team. The role offers a combination of telehealth work from home and in-office appointments, including the possibility of telecommuting from outside the Avance Care footprint. Therapists receive ready-made patient referrals, strong administrative support, professional autonomy, and clinical support from peers. The team includes physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, dietitians, and support staff. The hiring range is $70,000–$79,000, based on experience. All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen. Requirements

• Active license as a behavioral health professional, such as LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or Psychological Associate.
• Ability to work with a wide range of patients.
• Technological proficiency and comfort using electronic health records and delivering services via telehealth.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children.
• Experience with ADHD brief screening and referring patients for testing when warranted.
