Behavioral Health Therapist (Psychologist / LCSW / LMFT)
About The Position
We are seeking a licensed Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) to join an integrated behavioral health + primary care team at an established, financially stable non-profit health center in Auburn, CA. There are two openings: one to start as soon as credentialed, and one starting February 2027 supporting a brand-new clinic in Rocklin. This role offers unique advantages including NHSC-approved site status for up to $50K in tax-free student loan repayment, a 9/80 schedule (9-hour days, every other Friday off) or a standard 8-5 schedule, and a 30-minute visit model. The position emphasizes true integrated care with warm hand-offs with primary care, psychiatry, and SUD services all under one roof. Requirements
- Active CA license: LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist
- 3+ years in a behavioral health program
- Clinical experience with adults, families, and children
Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral health therapy within an integrated behavioral health and primary care setting.
- Conduct therapy sessions with adults, families, and children.
- Collaborate with primary care physicians, psychiatrists, and SUD counselors.
- Participate in warm hand-offs with other healthcare professionals.
