Behavioral Health Therapist - Substance Use
About The Position
Work Schedule: 100% FTE. Monday through Friday, primarily day shifts with at least one evening shift. This is a hybrid position with an average of three days in person and two days working remotely from home. Pay: This position may be eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE). We are seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist, Substance Use to: Provide substance use, and mental health evidence-based treatments to adults and adolescents, with the ability to make dual diagnoses. Perform assessments, treatment planning, ongoing individual and group therapy, care coordination, and complete related documentation. Work with a highly skilled interdisciplinary team of physicians, therapists, and other professionals. Provide a mix of telehealth (work from home) and in clinic care.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or other behavioral health related field
- 2 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker Upon Hire
- Licensed Professional Counselor Upon Hire
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Upon Hire
- Basic Life Support/CPR within 6 months
Nice To Haves
- 5 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults
- Substance Abuse Counselor Upon Hire
