The Behavioral Health Therapist II is responsible to assess and treat patients via evaluation, individual, group, and family counseling. To provide pyscho-educational lectures, crisis intervention, case management services, and treatment and discharge planning. Provide direct care to patients and families as appropriate to the age of the patient and complete associated indirect or documentation responsibilities. Will maintain timely documentation of services provided in accordance with licensure and MLH requirements. As a BHT II in this role, you will work with either an adult or adolescent mental health patient population.
