About The Position

Work Schedule: 100% FTE, days. You may be eligible for up to a $3000 sign-on bonus. You will work at 5249 E. Terrace Drive. This is a hybrid position. You will work in person a minimum of 3 days per week. Pay: The pay range listed reflects both titles and is based on a 1.0 FTE. Requirements

  • Minimum – Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or other behavioral health related field (for Behavioral Health Therapist)
  • Minimum – 2 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults (for Behavioral Health Therapist)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker Upon Hire Required or Licensed Professional Counselor Upon Hire Required or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Upon Hire Required (for Behavioral Health Therapist)
  • Basic Life Support/CPR within 6 months Required
  • Minimum – Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Psychology (Psy.D.) in Counseling or Clinical Psychology or related field (for Clinical Psychologist)
  • Minimum – One (1) year of postdoctoral supervised clinical experience (for Clinical Psychologist)
  • Minimum – Licensure or eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in Wisconsin (for Clinical Psychologist)

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred – 5 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults (for Behavioral Health Therapist)

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns and diagnoses.
  • Collaborate with patients on individualized treatment plans with specific goals and outcomes.
  • Coordinate patient care with primary care, other specialty providers, and families via written and verbal communication.
  • Provide psychotherapy, utilizing multiple modalities and methods consistent with evidence-based practice, including specific and focused treatment protocols, when appropriate.
  • Utilize progress monitoring and outcome measurement tools to assess benefits of psychotherapy and change the treatment plan, if necessary.
