About The Position

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist or Clinical Psychologist to provide high-quality, cost-effective care to patients within a multidisciplinary health team. This role involves evaluating patients with a wide range of mental health concerns, collaborating on individualized treatment plans, coordinating care with other providers and families, providing evidence-based psychotherapy, and utilizing progress monitoring tools.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or other behavioral health related field (for Behavioral Health Therapist)
  • 2 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults (for Behavioral Health Therapist)
  • Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Psychology (Psy.D.) in Counseling or Clinical Psychology or related field (for Clinical Psychologist)
  • One (1) year of postdoctoral supervised clinical experience (for Clinical Psychologist)
  • Licensure or eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in Wisconsin (for Clinical Psychologist)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker Upon Hire Required or Licensed Professional Counselor Upon Hire Required or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Upon Hire Required (for Behavioral Health Therapist)
  • Basic Life Support/CPR within 6 months Required

Nice To Haves

  • 5 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults (for Behavioral Health Therapist)

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns and diagnoses.
  • Collaborate with patients on individualized treatment plans with specific goals and outcomes.
  • Coordinate patient care with primary care, other specialty providers, and families via written and verbal communication.
  • Provide psychotherapy, utilizing multiple modalities and methods consistent with evidence-based practice, including specific and focused treatment protocols, when appropriate.
  • Utilize progress monitoring and outcome measurement tools to assess benefits of psychotherapy and change the treatment plan, if necessary.
