Join our team as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, adolescents, and their families. In this dynamic, hands-on role, you will provide individualized, evidence-based mental health interventions and support services to youth with behavioral and psychiatric needs. As a BHT, you’ll work in a variety of community-based settings—including homes, schools, and other natural environments—helping clients build essential coping skills, improve daily functioning, and achieve personal goals. You’ll partner closely with families and clinical teams to deliver compassionate, strengths-based care tailored to each child’s unique needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about mental health, enjoys working one-on-one with youth, and thrives in flexible, non-traditional settings outside of an office environment.
