About The Position

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We're seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and truly connect with patients. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts scheduled during our hours of operation, 7am-7pm. Will be based primarily based in our Palm Beach Gardens center but may require travel to provide coverage in other area centers as needed. Reliable personal transportation is required to travel between centers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or an Associate's Degree, and/or an equivalent clinical certification, combined with significant relevant work experience in patient care or in fast paced in-person patient care or customer care/service roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD preferred).
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) required.
• Strong grasp appropriate patient/provider boundaries required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided).
• Reliable personal transportation to travel between centers is required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field
• At least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
• Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.
• Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
• Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
