About The Position

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in their welcoming outpatient centers. This role offers an opportunity to grow skills, receive specialized training, and connect with patients. The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, with 8-hour shifts scheduled during operating hours (7 am-7 pm). The role is based primarily in the Boynton Beach center but may require travel to other area centers as needed, requiring reliable personal transportation.

Requirements

High School Diploma or an Associate's Degree, and/or an equivalent clinical certification.
Significant relevant work experience in patient care or in fast-paced in-person patient care or customer care/service roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD preferred).
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) required.
Strong grasp of appropriate patient/provider boundaries required.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided).
Reliable personal transportation to travel between centers is required.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field.
At least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines.

Responsibilities

Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines.
Meticulously monitor patient responses.
Administer and record psychiatric rating scales.
Proactively address patient discomfort.
Deliver empathetic and supportive care.
Maintain accurate EHR.
Manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.

Paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time.
Full-time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual.
