Behavioral Health Technician (Greenbrook)
About The Position
Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a Patient-Centered Technician in Bradenton, FL, to directly contribute to improving the lives of patients through innovative treatments. Requirements
- High School Diploma, an Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification.
- Significant relevant work experience in fast-paced patient or customer care/service roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel to all centers throughout the region.
- Reliable personal transportation capable of facilitating movement to and between sites as operational needs dictate.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided).
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field.
- At least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
- AdvancedMD and SalesForce EHR system experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines.
- Meticulously monitor patient responses.
- Administer and record psychiatric rating scales.
- Proactively address patient discomfort.
- Deliver empathetic and supportive care.
- Maintain accurate EHR.
- Manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
- Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.

- Paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time.
