About The Position

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in their welcoming outpatient centers. This role offers an opportunity to grow skills, receive specialized training, and connect with patients. The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, with 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7 am and 7 pm. The role primarily covers the Winston-Salem center but requires the ability to travel to any of the area centers on short notice for coverage, with reliable transportation being mandatory.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, an Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification.
• Significant relevant work experience in fast-paced patient or customer care/service roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable personal transportation capable of facilitating movement to and between sites.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided).

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field.
• At least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
• AdvancedMD and SalesForce EHR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines.
• Meticulously monitor patient responses.
• Administer and record psychiatric rating scales.
• Proactively address patient discomfort.
• Deliver empathetic and supportive care.
• Maintain accurate EHR.
• Manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
• Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
• Travel to all centers throughout the region as operational needs dictate.
