This is a full-time Overnight Behavioral Health Technician position at Mingus Mountain Youth Treatment Center (MMYTC), a nonprofit residential behavioral health treatment center serving adolescents with serious emotional, behavioral, and substance use disorders. Located in Arizona, MMYTC provides structured, trauma-informed, and clinically sophisticated care for youth who require intensive therapeutic support. Staff routinely treat vulnerable youth who have survived abuse, neglect and exploitation in their communities, offering a unique opportunity to provide life-saving care. The multidisciplinary team includes licensed therapists, behavioral health technicians, nurses, case managers, educators, and direct care professionals who work together to create safe, therapeutic environments where youth can stabilize, heal, and build lifelong skills. They serve adolescents with complex trauma histories, mood disorders, behavioral disorders, co-occurring substance use, and other mental health diagnoses requiring 24/7 therapeutic support.
