About The Position
At Zarephath, we don’t just provide care—we provide a roadmap to independence. We are looking for a Life Success Specialist to serve Glendale, Surprise, Peoria, and Laveen who is passionate about helping youth (ages 5–17) and their families build the practical skills they need to thrive. From teaching daily life skills to supporting DCS reunification efforts, your work will directly impact families right here in our community. As a Life Success Specialist, you are a mentor, a teacher, and a champion for youth, fostering growth in safe and engaging environments.
Requirements
- 1+ year in youth-focused behavioral health.
- High School Diploma required.
- Must be 21+ with a valid Driver’s License.
- Must have an insured personal vehicle (meeting $100K/$300K coverage requirements) to transport youth.
- Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- CPR/First Aid certification.
- Negative TB test.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s in a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with youth and caregivers to create lasting change.
- Teach life skills using the Ansell Casey Assessment to identify needs.
- Plan therapeutic activities, sports, and recreational outings.
- Collaborate with DCS to help families stay together and build a stable future.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain high-quality documentation.
