About The Position

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in their welcoming outpatient centers. This role offers an opportunity to grow skills, receive specialized training, and connect with patients. The position supports Chicago-area centers, including Chicago, Glenview, and Hoffman Estates, and requires reliable personal transportation for travel between centers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification (Required)
  • Experience in fast-paced patient-facing, customer service, or healthcare environments
  • Stable and consistent work history
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to travel between Chicago-area clinics
  • Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with EHR systems (AdvancedMD and Salesforce preferred)
  • Healthcare experience or internship equivalent to one year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Administer TMS and esketamine treatments according to clinical protocols
  • Monitor patient responses and comfort during treatment
  • Complete psychiatric rating scales and clinical documentation
  • Provide compassionate support throughout the patient journey
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EHR)
  • Support financial and administrative processes
  • Assist with insurance and billing processes as needed
  • Help ensure efficient daily clinic operations
