Behavioral health technicians provide care and support to patients with behavioral disorders. They work directly with the patients to deliver services under the supervision of various types of behavior analysts. Their duties will include but are not limited to observing and recording patient behavior, providing emotional support, assisting with daily activities, report on patient progress, crisis intervention, maintain confidentiality, and complete documentation. The Behavioral Health Technician candidates will demonstrate excellent customer service focusing on providing patient care second to none.
