This role involves direct patient care, including taking vital signs, observing patient behavior, facilitating therapeutic activities, and providing counseling. The technician is responsible for maintaining client confidentiality, completing documentation, and ensuring a safe and clean environment. They also assist with daily living activities, laundry, and housekeeping, and may transport clients. The position requires ongoing training and participation in quality improvement activities, while embodying the mission and values of the organization.
