About The Position

Achieving True Self (ATS) is offering a career opportunity for individuals to help children with Autism thrive, with no college degree required. The company provides paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), ongoing support, and a team environment focused on growth. The position involves providing one-on-one support to children with autism and related developmental needs, implementing individualized treatment plans, teaching essential skills, collecting data, building relationships with clients and families, and collaborating with a clinical team. Requirements

  • High school diploma, or GED (minimum) and 18+ years old.
  • Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities (or related coursework).
  • Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and your own reliable vehicle is required.
  • General knowledge of computer systems, including Windows and Google products.

Nice To Haves

  • Candidates with evening/after-school availability preferred (sessions typically 2–6 hours, Monday–Friday).

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one support to children with autism and related developmental needs using evidence-based strategies
  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising clinician
  • Teach communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills in home, school, or community settings
  • Collect data on client progress and adjust support strategies as needed
  • Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and their families
  • Collaborate with a clinical team to ensure consistent, high-quality care
  • Celebrate small wins that lead to meaningful, life-changing progress
  • Be a steward of ATS’s mission, vision, values, and beliefs.
