The NewPath Child & Family Solutions Behavioral Health Technician plays a vital role in the success of each client. The Behavioral Technician is responsible for the daily direct care and supervision of children in our Residential Interventions Program. The children in our program are suffering from childhood trauma with resulting behavioral health challenges. The Behavioral Health Technician ensures that each child's basic life, educational, and emotional needs are provided for. Behavioral Technicians strive to provide consistency and structure for the clients in our care. Opportunities for Behavioral Health Technicians include full-time and part-time. Shifts Available: 2nd shift: 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm Saturday and Sunday are required. Rate of Pay: Make up to $19 per hour! (With progressive advancement through the NewPath Tier system) $1.00 shift differential for 2nd shift
