Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of responsible work experience in any industry
A desire to help others in recovery
Good communication skills
Reliability and dependability
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Nice To Haves

Experience in mental health, human services, healthcare, customer service, education, residential care, direct support, or other people-focused roles

Responsibilities

Supporting clients in daily routines and recovery-focused activities
Helping maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment
Leading or assisting with group activities and educational sessions
Observing, documenting, and communicating client behaviors to the treatment team
Assisting with admissions, orientations, and safety procedures
Responding calmly and appropriately to crisis situations
Providing transportation support when needed
Working closely with nurses, clinicians, and other team members to support treatment plans
Building respectful, supportive relationships with the individuals we serve
