About The Position

Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a Lead Behavioral Health Technician for their Detox and Residential treatment facility in Dublin, NH. This is an evening position, working from 1pm-9pm or 2pm-10pm, with one weekend day per month required. The role involves managing daily residential operations, training and supporting the BHT team, escalating concerns, and overseeing client engagement and adherence to policies.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver's license
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures
