About The Position

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician Lead for its New River Valley Inpatient program in Radford, Virginia, which specializes in substance use disorder treatment. The role leads the behavioral health technician team on each shift and performs the duties of a Behavioral Health Technician. It is a full-time position scheduled for 40 hours per week, with an hourly rate of $16–$17. The position is based at 6226 University Park Drive, Radford, VA 24141.

• High school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Complete the duties of the Behavioral Health Technician role on each shift and lead the team in completing them.
• Pass important information on to Behavioral Health Technicians on incoming shifts.
• Assist with the Behavioral Health Technician schedule.
• Complete the intake process for new clients entering the program.
• Maintain client documentation.
• Observe and document clients’ self-administration of medication.
• Coordinate client activities.
• Provide client transportation.
• Assist with clients’ dietary needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
