We are proud to operate a residential Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment center in Duncansville, PA, serving adult clients on their path to recovery. We are currently seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Lead to support both client care and team coordination across all shifts. The BHT Lead plays an essential role in supporting daily operations, guiding teammates, and ensuring high-quality client care. This role is ideal for candidates with behavioral health, healthcare, or leadership experience who want to take the next step in their career.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible shifts
• Candidates selected for hire must successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and any required state‑mandated clearances. Employment is contingent upon meeting all screening requirements in accordance with federal, state, and accrediting‑body regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Behavioral Health Technicians during assigned shifts
• Ensure completion of daily BHT responsibilities
• Communicate important updates during shift handoffs
• Assist with staff scheduling and shift coverage
• Complete client intake and admissions process
• Observe and document self-administration of medication
• Support individualized treatment plans and daily routines
• Monitor client behavior and provide appropriate responses
• Provide safe and reliable client transportation (when required)
• Assist with meals and dietary needs
• Coordinate and support client activities and programming
• Maintain accurate client documentation and records
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Complete all required trainings and duties
