About The Position

Behavioral Health Tech (BHT) II at Denver Springs is a full-time night position. The role is responsible for supporting the therapeutic milieu under the direction of the RN, by ensuring that the schedule/program is consistently delivered, patients are supervised, that safety is maintained, and patients and guests are treated with respect and dignity. This role offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus for well-qualified applicants.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and de-escalation certification required within 30 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a psychiatric health-care facility with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, or geriatric patients preferred.
• 1 year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
