About The Position

ABA Support Services is dedicated to supporting, empowering, and strengthening the lives of children and adolescents on the autism spectrum. We are seeking part-time and full-time Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT)/RBTs in the Harrisburg area. This role is responsible for providing one-on-one service to clients in a home, school, or daycare/community setting. The BHT/RBT is responsible for collecting and recording data based on observed behavior while working with clients. BHTs/RBTs will assist BCBAs in maintaining up-to-date graphs as well as summarizing and calculating data. This candidate will also write progress notes and program updates, as well as create session materials and stimuli. This position offers a competitive starting hourly rate that will increase based upon the attainment of your Registered Behavior Technician certification (requires completion of approx. 45 hours of training). Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree/AA degree (60 credits) with previous experience preferred, but not required.
Prior experience working with children required.
Willingness to learn and reliability is a must.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Completed background clearances required prior to date of hire.

Nice To Haves

Attainment of Registered Behavior Technician certification (requires completion of approx. 45 hours of training).
