Behavioral Health Tech (Overnight)
About The Position
Pyramid Healthcare is hiring an Overnight Behavioral Health Technician for Silvermist Recovery in Renfrew, Pennsylvania. The position supports residential and outpatient treatment services by interacting with and supervising clients in treatment, providing transportation, and working with clinical and administrative teams to identify and address client needs. The scheduled hours are 11:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Compensation is $17.00–$17.50 per hour, plus a shift differential of up to $1.50 per hour. The technician helps clients through treatment by completing intake and documentation, supporting treatment-plan objectives, responding to behavioral and emotional needs, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. The role also involves client transportation, dietary assistance, required training, and other assigned duties. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license in the state of hire with a safe driving record.
- Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications are required.

- Behavioral health experience or general healthcare experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Complete the intake process for new clients entering the program.
- Maintain accurate client documentation.
- Observe and document client self-administration of medication, as applicable.
- Coordinate client activities.
- Follow treatment-plan objectives tailored to individual client needs.
- Provide transportation for clients.
- Evaluate clients’ behavioral and emotional needs and respond appropriately, including through crisis intervention.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly physical environment.
- Assist with clients’ dietary needs.
- Transport clients to and from designated locations within expected time frames.
- Supervise and support clients during transportation.
- Maintain necessary documentation related to services provided.
- Complete all required training sessions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
