About The Position

The Behavioral Health Support Specialist (BHSS) delivers services to individuals residing in a Residential Treatment Home, following each resident’s personalized service plan. The role provides direct supportive services to residents who experience severe and persistent mental illness. Experience in this position qualifies as experience for QMHA R. This is a full-time position in Eugene. Current shifts are subject to change and include daytime, afternoon/evening, and overnight schedules. An on-call relief option is also available. Starting wage is $20.14 per hour, with an additional $0.75 per hour for night shifts. The listed wage scale is $20.14–$24.50 per hour. The position reports to the Housing Manager.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent.
Current Oregon Driver's License and an acceptable driving record.
Ability to pass background check screening.
At least one year of education and/or experience in mental illness, emotional/behavioral difficulties, or other related conditions.
