We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavioral Health Supervisor to provide leadership, oversight, and support for our Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) and Recovery Support team. Position Summary The Behavioral Health Supervisor provides direct supervision, leadership, and daily operational oversight of Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), Recovery Support Specialists (RSS), and other designated recovery support staff. This position is responsible for maintaining a structured therapeutic environment, ensuring program compliance, supporting staff development, and promoting exceptional patient care. The Behavioral Health Supervisor serves as a key member of the multidisciplinary treatment team and works collaboratively with nursing, clinical, and operational leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and recovery-focused program operations.
