Rolling Hills Hospital (uhsinc.com) We are seeking dedicated and patient‑focused individuals to join our team as Behavioral Health Specialists. In this role, you will support patients between ages 13 and beyond who are experiencing medical and behavioral health challenges. Working under the supervision of an LPN/RN and as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team, you will: Assist with direct patient care and daily management Support therapeutic and leisure programming Promote activities of daily living based on each patient’s developmental level and abilities Your work will play a vital role in helping patients progress toward their treatment goals in a supportive and structured environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Must demonstrate proficiency in spoken and written English
CPR Certification – training provided
Handle With Care (HWC) Certification – training provided

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree or college coursework in: Healthcare
Mental health
Recreational therapy
Education
Human growth and development
At least one year of experience in one of the following roles or similar settings: Nurse’s aide
Mental health aide
Psychiatric aide
Rehabilitation or psychiatric care
