CASES is seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavioral Health Specialist II to join our Intensive Mobile Treatment (IMT) team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Master's-level behavioral health clinician who is passionate about delivering community-based care to adults with serious mental illness, co-occurring substance use disorders, and complex histories involving homelessness, trauma, and the criminal legal system. As a Behavioral Health Specialist II, you'll provide person-centered, recovery-oriented services in the community, helping clients achieve stability, improve their behavioral health, and build meaningful connections to housing, healthcare, employment, and other essential supports. You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team to conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide integrated dual disorder treatment, and coordinate care across hospitals, shelters, primary care providers, and criminal justice partners. This role is ideal for clinicians who thrive in the field, value collaboration, and are committed to advancing health equity and social justice. You'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact by helping individuals overcome complex barriers, reduce reliance on crisis services, and build healthier, more independent lives within their communities.
