Oak Street Health's graduate Behavioral Health Specialist Fellowship is a 12-month paid training program designed to equip individuals with the necessary skills, support, and learning to become confident and competent clinicians for older adults. This program utilizes a revolutionary collaborative care model within a value-based setting. Fellows will gain knowledge of evidence-based interventions and psychotropic medications, earn clinical supervision hours from a licensed clinical social worker, and participate in didactic content that builds upon their graduate training. Following the fellowship, all fellows are committed to working at Oak Street for 24 months, with the hope of continuing their careers there to improve community health.
