The County of Riverside Behavioral Health Department’s Banning Behavioral Health Clinic is dedicated to supporting children, youth, and adults in Riverside County who face moderate to severe behavioral health challenges. The Banning Behavioral Health Clinic offers comprehensive programs and services for adults, children, and families. Our caring and committed team of doctors, nurses, therapists, case managers, substance use counselors, and peer support specialists provide mental health care and resources to promote healing and recovery. The staff provide medication management, individual therapy, and group therapy. The staff are a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurses, behavioral health specialists, peer support specialists, and clinical therapists. This clinic also has an embedded Mature Adult service team, that the supervisor at times provides on-site assistance for. The clinic works with Adults, Transitional Age Youth, Children and Youth, and Older Adults. The Behavioral Health Services Supervisor will oversee/supervise a multidisciplinary treatment team of Psychiatrists, Nurses, (NP, LVN, LPT), Peer Support Specialists, Behavioral Health Specialists, Clinical Therapists, and front office staff to provide consultation to the team in assisting to address crisis needs as well as ongoing treatment needs of consumers and families in Banning and the surrounding communities. The position will provide clinical supervision, career development, provide yearly evaluations and address performance areas on an ongoing basis. The position will also partner with local agency to address needs of consumers with behavioral health challenges as well as involve consumers’ families and support systems where appropriate. This position will work on a 9/80 schedule from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and driving is required.
