This specific role, the Behavioral Health Services Manager, will lead the implementation of World Relief Spokane’s Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) service line expansion. The position provides trauma-informed care, oversees program delivery, supports staff and volunteers, and ensures high-quality, culturally responsive services that strengthen the mental health and well-being of refugee and immigrant families. The role offers a hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite and 1 day working from home per week.
